About The Event

Using the methods of Sahaja Yoga we awaken our Kundalini energy and get to know more about the second chakra in our subtle system - Swadisthana. Each nervous plexus - or chakra - in our body has its own qualities, and Swadisthana is responsible for spontaneity, creativity, knowledge and attention. People who have a balanced Swadisthana will feel more connected to their inner knowledge, making them able to act spontaneously as well as not feeling emotionally attached to plans. Clearing our attention and keeping the attention on what is beyond ourselves supports this even more and furthermore lets us use our full potential. There are simple techniques how to keep this chakra clean and develop its natural qualities, and we can try some of them out during the program.

***

"Sahaja" means "spontaneous" and that is the way how Kundalini energy works - slowly and gently it removes all negative thoughts, opens the hearts and let us enjoy our Spirit. "Yoga" means "union" and Kundalini awakening gives us a direct connection with the Supreme Divine power (Mother Nature, God Almighty - many names, one meaning). Being established, this connection helps us to grow spiritually - and, as a result, to improve all aspects of our life, like health, relations etc.
